Our services

Lifestyle-first primary care for adults, including teens 13 and older. We start with how you eat, move, sleep and handle stress, and add medication when it's the right tool.

At the heart of our care

  • Regular check-ins to track progress and side effects
  • Help with your plan's coverage rules and prior approvals

Coverage for weight-loss medicines varies by plan. We check yours before you start.

  • Testosterone injections in the office
  • Hormone care for menopause symptoms

Video follow-ups

Some follow-up visits can happen by secure video, so you don't always have to come in.

  • New concerns and physical exams are seen in the office

Lab work & referrals

We order your tests and coordinate the rest of your care.

  • Blood work drawn at a nearby lab, results to your portal
  • Referrals to specialists, imaging and physical therapy
  • Follow-up after a hospital or ER stay

Not offered here
