What you'll pay
With insurance
Your copay is collected at check-in. If you have a deductible, we bill you after your plan processes the visit. Many preventive visits have no copay.
Paying yourself
No insurance, or prefer not to use it? Office visits start at [self-pay price]. Ask us for the price of any service before your visit.
Paying a bill
Pay online through the patient portal, by phone, or at the front desk. Questions about a bill? Call us or ask the assistant.
Pay through the portal →Your right to a Good Faith Estimate
If you don't have insurance or choose not to use it, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of what your care will cost. Ask for one when you book, or at least 3 business days before your visit. If your bill is $400 or more above the estimate, you can dispute it. Learn more at cms.gov/nosurprises.
